Gingerbread Houses

Last Monday night we went over to my brother and sister-in-laws house for our annual gingerbread house decorating night. It was a lot of fun. We had pizza for dinner. And then let the kids decorate gingerbread houses (one per family). They loved it. It's so fun to have these traditions that we can all look forward to every year. It reminds me how great it is to live so close to family.

Pizza and cousins, such a good combo!

I love their "silly faces"

And the adults with Molly eating and listening to the kids be loud and ridiculous in the other room.

Peter's gingerbread man was pretty hilarious.

He eats as fast as he decorates!

Oliver was down to business!!
It was so fun watching how focused he was!

All the kids with their houses.

Grandpa made face masks for the boys from the gingerbread boxes.

Grandma and Molly matched which was so cute.

We had such a great night! It was a great way to kick of the Christmas traditions with the family. Up next, Christmas PJ's and a Christmas movie and the grandparents with hot chocolate and donuts.

Also this...

Peter came home from preschool wearing this amazing hat and I just really feel like the entire world needs to see it. It's amazing!! Those dimples are amazing!! He's amazing!!!
