Christmas at the Princess

The Princess Hotel in Scottsdale has a "Christmas at the Princess Festival" every year and we decided to try it out. It did not disappoint!! There were tons of lights and lots of fun activities. I think we are going to add this to our yearly December "to do" list.

We wrote letters to Santa!

Oliver asked for a Meccasaur (please reference the picture)

Peter took a break from writing his letter and made this cool kid poise. He's quite the character!!

They had a mailbox that was priority to the North Pole which was nice, so we didn't have to worry about mailing it ourselves.

Peter and the toy soldier

The boys with a fun elf.

Giving Mr. Penguin a hug.

Checking out the giant ornaments.

We also went on a fun little train ride that took us around the hotel and we saw a tons of Christmas lights.

Watching the singing snowmen.

Peter checking out the gingerbread house and people.

Oliver giving "Shivers" a hug.

Peter and the giant S'more man

There was a pretty fun ice slide that you sat on an inner-tube to go down. Peter wasn't tall enough, but Oliver was, so he had a great time having a little one on one time with first me then Tim going on the big boy slide.

They also had a carousel that we went on.

Molly and Tim went on the carousel, but they sat on one of the seats that don't move. Molly doesn't look very impressed.

We did all of this with Tim's co-worker and his family. Last year we saw zoo lights with them. It's becoming a tradition!!

We had such a fun nights and all the kids were out cold half way home. Poor Oliver looks so uncomfortable.
